I have been discussing the need to KNOW from where your foods are derived, the need to support your local farmer, and to buy organic foods from companies who have ALWAYS produced organic products.
Can you imagine purchasing what you think is Sturgeon Caviar for $120 per ounce and find out that it is Mississippi Puddlefish? This is the epitomy of fraud and greed in our food supply. It doesn’t stop there…
What we can do is to ensure there is real food by supporting the farms. If there are no farms, there is no food — get the picture. God gave America acres and acres of land to till to produce our food. We should not have to go out of the country to pay less for it being harvested because of cheap labor for our food. But that issue is a book all by itself…
