In a recent study conducted, it was found that there were ZERO deaths from those who took vitamins, herbs, supplements, and amino acids. Yet, 300 people die every day from supposedly “safe” drugs that are issued by doctors who took an oath to “first do no harm”. Go figure…

1. Pesticides. There are also concerns that some distributors are cutting agave syrup with corn syrup — how often and to what extent is anyone’s guess. In addition, the FDA has refused shipments of agave syrup due to excessive pesticide residues.
2. Saponins. Agave is known to contain large amounts of saponins. Saponins are toxic steroid derivatives, capable of disrupting red blood cells and producing diarrhea and vomiting. There is also a possible link between saponins and miscarriage by stimulating blood flow to the uterus, so if you’re pregnant, you should definitely avoid agave products.
3. Hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF). Some agave syrups contain a contaminant called hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF, also called 5-hydroxymethyl furfural), an organic heat-formed compound that arises in the processing of fructose — in both agave syrup and HFCS. HMF has potential toxic, mutagenic and carcinogenic effects [iv]. HMF is EXTREMELY toxic to honey bees, which is a problem since commercial beekeepers feed HFCS to the bees to stimulate honey production when field-gathered nectar sources are scarce [v].

The Centers for Disease Control’s top vaccine safety research dog Dr. Poul Thorsen has disappeared with 2 million dollars to boot. Dr. Thorsen was responsible with sealing the fate of millions of children when he released a study that said vaccines were safe and that mercury as an additive posed no problem to our babies. This study also conclusively denied a vaccine autism connection.

I have been discussing the need to KNOW from where your foods are derived, the need to support your local farmer, and to buy organic foods from companies who have ALWAYS produced organic products.

Can you imagine purchasing what you think is Sturgeon Caviar for $120 per ounce and find out that it is Mississippi Puddlefish? This is the epitomy of fraud and greed in our food supply. It doesn’t stop there…

What we can do is to ensure there is real food by supporting the farms. If there are no farms, there is no food — get the picture. God gave America acres and acres of land to till to produce our food. We should not have to go out of the country to pay less for it being harvested because of cheap labor for our food. Whenever I see an airplane I immediately think “germ-pit”. We have all seen the crews who get on the plane practically before you can get off who clean the whole plane in minutes. This is a task cannot be done so quickly and here is the reason why…

There are major fuel events occurring during a flight that seep toxins into the ventilation system of a plane. The toxin Tricresyl Phosphate (TCP) that is chemically similar to a pesticide was found clinging to the seats, arm rests, and trays on airplanes reported CNN.

I am thankful for this expose but I cannot help thinking about the additional germs that are carried on by the passengers. The airplane re-circulates the cabin air during a flight, thus circulating germs. What can we do?…

1. Carry wipes and when you get to your seat wipe down the armrests, the little button to recline the seat, and the table top tray. (You will find that the process will need to be completed at least twice because the wipe will be visibly dirty. I do this with a latex glove that I usually ask for from the good folks at the security check-in lines.)
2. Place a scarf over the back of the headrest before resting your head on the seat.
3. Plug your ears with tissue as your ears are the entry point of infection. When I get off of a plane, I immediately conduct peroxide therapy to thoroughly detox.
4. Carry your own food and water. Drink water every hour while in flight. Do NOT eat plane peanuts!! I do not like to eat plane food. Have you ever wondered how the meals all smell the same no matter which airline you fly, no matter what meal you are having? It is a little ingredient called formaldehyde that makes it all smell the same!
5. Carry your own blanket and pillow. Those supplied by the airline are germ carriers. Many airlines did not supply blankets during the Swine Flu season. This is an exclusion for airlines who supply clean blankets in the sealed bags. Buy a travel pillow that can be blown-up for easier storage.
6. Pump up your green SuperFood supplements to 3x what you normally take to:
   1. keep your immune system working optimally and to operate as a buffer for the germs you will encounter
   2. keep your bowel tract open
7. Wash the clothes worn on the plane and bathe as soon as possible after flying.
