Payment is expected at the time of service in-office. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give a 24-hour notice. Please be aware that there is a $50 cancellation fee if you miss your appointment and do not provide 24 hours notice.
Payments are expected the day of the consult via PayPal. Below in the drop-down list, you have the option to pay for your “First Phone Consultation”, a “Follow-Up Phone Consultation”, or if you have purchased items along with your phone consultation then there is a box to input another amount and provide detail of what you are submitting payment for and click “Pay Now” then follow the prompts.
In-Office Payment Options
Cash and checks are accepted for payment in-office. If you would like to use credit card you must render your payment through PayPal.
